Recently the Changsha Institute has received the certificate of publicity and the plaque of “National Enterprise of Keeping Promise and Honoring Contracts” for the year 2014-2015 from the State Administration of Industry and Commerce, the sixth consecutive year it has received the honor since the year 2010-2011.
Candidates must be winners of the provincial “Enterprise of Keeping Promise and Honoring Contracts” for at least five years in a row, with a remarkable record of operation, credit and contract management. The five-year threshold may be lowered for those which are particularly exceptional and enjoy sound credit or brand recognition.
