The Weighbridge Team of Measure Center of Qingdao Anbang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (hereafter called Qingdao Anbang) was honored with the title of Shandong Provincial Female Worker Model Post by Shandong Federation of Trade Unions. This is another team receiving the provincial honor after the Gas Station Division of Qingdao Anbang was awarded the title of Shandong Provincial Worker Pioneer.
Guided by leaders of the department and company, nine weighing operators of the Weighbridge Team of the Measurement Center of Qingdao Anbang implement lean management and serve their customers wholeheartedly, greeting them when they enter the factory, introducing services to them, answering their questions, helping them solve problems, caring for their life and saying “goodbye” to them when they leave. They also ensure that the work place is tidy and clean, the quality of service and oil products is excellent, the measurement is highly accurate, the service procedure is simple, and the atmosphere is friendly, all of which make customers comfortable, happy, assured, and satisfied. All these service concepts have empowered weighing operators to undertake the weighing work, work to learn weighing operation skills and develop new concepts of measurement management. These female operators weighed a total of 83,919 vehicles in 2016, an average of one vehicle in every three minutes, if calculated on a 365-day annual basis. They have taken a down-to-earth approach to accomplish their work, showing the charm and wisdom unique to women in the activity of women making contributions and building their team into an elite one in the team building of Qingdao Anbang.
