(Correspondents: Wang Yidi) Dalian Institute was honored with the title of Model Enterprise with Harmonious Labor Relations at the awards ceremony of Dalian Municipal Model Enterprise with Harmonious Labor Relations hosted by Dalian Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Dalian Federation of Trade Unions and the other three departments.
This honor has affirmed Dalian Institute's performance in implementing the Trade Union Law, Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, Collective Contract for the Protection of Special Rights and Interests of Female Employees and Collective Contract for Salaries of Enterprise Employees, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of employees, working to establish harmonious labor relations, and fulfilling the social responsibility of state-owned enterprises.
The commendation aims to coordinate three parties involving labor relations. This not only promotes harmonious labor relations and plays its due role in building a harmonious society, but promotes the activity to produce more results by giving commendation to outstanding enterprises and setting a good example for other enterprises.
