(Correspondent: Wang Yude) Recently Sichuan Quality Association has organized an awarding ceremony for model enterprises in pursuit of excellence in 2015 and those in implementing excellent performance mode for 2014 in Chengdu and Zhonghao Chenguang Research Institute of Chemical Industry was awarded the honorary title "Model Enterprise with the Excellent Performance Mode in Sichuan".
The award is set up by Sichuan Quality Association to guide enterprises to pursue excellence, improve the quality of products, services and development, sharpen their competitive edge and promote sustainable corporate development. The candidates are recommended, checked for their eligibility, and then reviewed by experts. The final list will be made public to seek opinions. The award is a full recognition of the winner's pursuit of excellence in business performance and social benefits.
It's learnt that the excellent performance mode is a way internationally recognized to effectively manage the overall performance of an organization. It draws inspiration from the assessment criteria of the Baldrige Award in the United States, customer oriented, in pursuit of excellent performance in seven aspects: leadership, strategy, customer & market, measurement and analysis improvement, human resources, process management and operational results. The core is to strengthen the organization's awareness of customer satisfaction and creativity in pursuit of excellent business performance.
