(Correspondent: Wang Xiaoqin) Days ago, the 40000Nm3/h COG (coke oven gas)-to-LNG installment of Xuzhou Dongxing Energy Co., Ltd., for which Sichuan Tianyi Science & Technology provided the process, technology and engineering design, was put into operation and produced qualified LNG.
The installment is the first fruit of strategic cooperation between Tianyi Science & Technology and Xi’an Shaangu Power Co., Ltd., the fund raiser and the general contractor of the project, and also a demonstration installment for the transformation and upgrade of the coking industry and the deep processing of COG. Its success lays a solid foundation for more comprehensive, deeper cooperation between the two companies in the future.
In 2015, to meet the market demand and by taking into full consideration their complementary advantages, Tianyi Science & Technology and Xi’an Shaangu Power signed a strategic cooperation agreement to launch all-round, in-depth cooperation in various areas, utilize coking by-products in an all-round way by making COG-to-CNG and to-LNG, enhance the market dominance and influence rapidly, grab more market shares and achieve win-win results.
The coking market has been sluggish in the past couple of years, and many coking companies are trying to upgrade and transform their business, but are struggling due to financial restraints. This installment set a model for cooperation for them. Thanks to the advanced technology of Tianyi Science & Technology and the outstanding financing and project management capabilities of Xi’an Shaangu Power, the project was guaranteed with advance, reliable technology and in-time financial support and standardized financial management, remarkably shortening the construction cycle. The cooperation between the three parties ensured the success of the installment, with design, purchase, construction and operation all completed in just more than one year, achieving win-win results for all parties involved.
