Faced with sluggish world economy, foreign customer churns, price-oriented production, and other unfavorable factors, Bluestar Chengrand Institute adheres to continuous development of high-quality products to meet customer needs. Thanks to excellent delivery performance and stable product quality in 2015, the Institute recently received a “Class-A Supplier Certificate” from a Turkish buyer of red phosphorus masterbatch, the first time for the Institute to receive a certificate of this kind from an overseas customer.
The Institute’s red phosphorus masterbatch, its traditional superior product, enjoys widespread reputation in both domestic and foreign modified plastics markets. Over the past 12 years since 2004, it has exported thousands of tons of the product.
Since 2014, the Engineering Plastics Division of the Institute has intensified product quality control and new product R&D. While maintaining the original advantages of the product, the Institute strives to understand and satisfy higher demands of the market, and works together with downstream customers to jointly develop new kinds of red phosphorus masterbatch products with special properties such as high CTI, high GWIT/GWFI, etc. Among them, RPM 440M has not only solved the problem that traditional red phosphorus masterbatch shows insufficient flame resistance in PA6 with glass fiber and PA6 without glass fiber, but also improved the system’s GWIT/GWFI, and therefore is being accepted and used by more and more customers at home and abroad.
