To bid for project design, Changsha Institute carried out full preliminary communication with project owner Bolivian Mining Corporation and project general contractor China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. Rounds of technical exchange meetings and business negotiations were organized, and experts of the Institute were dispatched to the Uyuni salt marsh to make field investigations and collect samples.
