Bluestar Adisseo Nanjing Co donated 25,200 yuan ($4,155) to the Amity Foundation on Dec 11 to support its public work.
Seven foreign employees from the company took part in the Shanghai International Marathon Competition on Dec 1. The company took the opportunity to encourage employees to live up to their social responsibilities. It agreed to donate 100 yuan to charity for each kilometer run by every employee. In the end, the seven employees ran a total of 252 kilometers. Vincent Deperrois, general manager of Bluestar Adisseo Nanjing, handed out performance certificates to each runner.
