Fine Chemicals, a journal from the Chemical Industry Dalian Research & Design Institute, has been given its first top rating by Liaoning province.
The province’s periodicals are rated every three years. This year, 89 periodicals got the top rating, out of 263. Of the remaining 227 periodicals, 221 rated second, and six came in third.
