The Chemical Industry Zhonghao Chenguang Research Institute, a subsidiary of the China Haohua Chemical (Group) Corp, has pointed to marketing and sales as major factors in the company’s production, operations, and R&D projects.
Zhonghao Chenguan highlighted sales as part of its “Sales on Top” strategy, in helping the company to collect market information, analyze demand, and expand the new product market through a nationwide network.
To make production more market-oriented and improve the sales teams’ morale, the company arranged a tour of its production base for 30 personnel who included distribution managers and production line directors, on the sideline of the 2013 work meeting.
This gave the group a sense of being closer to the production base as they could observe the changes in the production lines in safety and order, resulting in a stronger work team.
Zhonghao Chenguang has 16 distribution offices in mid-size to large Chinese cities, where the office personnel are on the frontline in marketing and sales. In recent years, as business grew, the company has improved its R&D capabilities, production equipment capacity, techniques, product quality, and its management.
