The ChemChina Petrochemical (Tianjin) Co has awarded some staff trainees who excelled in the long-distance ChemChina team leader training program. The company sent 15 team leaders, who finished the training course and passed a qualifying exam, with an excellent rating above 93 percent. The State Council’s State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) also gave them certificates at the conclusion of the courses. SASAC considers the training very important for the 12th Five-year Plan, in improving the quality of team leaders overall and their management skills locally. It also provides basic support for ChemChina in developing a world-class enterprise. The 15 team leaders from Petrochemical (Tianjin) were put in two different sessions and, because it was online, they had to study in their spare time, which placed demand on their initiative and ability to learn by themselves. But, even with a very heavy workload, all of them showed great initiative and handled courses as required.
