The National Safety Culture Construction Demonstration Enterprise of the State Administration of Work Safety gave special recognition to the Jiangxi Xinghuo Silicone Plant in April 2012. It is the only company that received the award from Jiangxi province.
The plant has implemented ChemChina's safety concepts along with activities including: "I Want Safety" "Family Safety Day" "One-hundred Day Safety Competition" and "Safety Speech Contest" to strengthen staff’s safety awareness and safe productions. Safety culture has promoted stable operations. The plant has achieved safe productions for 3,800 consecutive days.
