On Oct 22, the engine coolant from the Car Products Division of the Bluestar (Beijing) Chemical Machinery Company received a patent invention award from the State Intellectual Property Bureau.
The China Patent Invention Award is co-sponsored by the State Intellectual Property Bureau and World Intellectual Property Organization. This annual event celebrated its 12th anniversary this year.
A total of 432 projects were involved in the prize appraisal this year, and only eight made it to the final list. Bluestar's Anti-freezing Solution was one of them.
The Car Products Division has placed scientific research and development as its top priority, and formulated the fifth-generation freezing solution after many trials.
The output of Bluestar's Anti-freezing Solution can be expected to approach 30,000 tons this year, with market shares hitting approximately 35%.
