Dear Kiddies, ladies and gentlemen,
Good evening! I wish to start by congratulating you on the successful closing of the 22nd BlueStar International Summer Camp and welcoming all of you to this wonderful party tonight.
It is one of my happiest days today every year. Because like most of the adults here, today, I feel as if I had gone back to my childhood, enjoying your fabulous performance and sharing with you the great joy and happiness from the summer camp.
The BlueStar Summer Camp has been running for 22 years. Starting from Lanzhou in northwest China, it has been reaching different parts of China as a magnet for more and more kids from the big BlueStar family in summer time. This year, we are more than delighted to have over 1,100 boys and girls from 12 countries join us, spending wonderful times in 19 cities in China. Adding special splendor to this year’s event are the 53 boys and girls from France, Norway, the UK, Australia and other 7 countries as well as our little friends from Jinan in Shangdong Province and Gansu Province. As the song goes, we are in a big family of BlueStar. And the next generation of BlueStar represents our bright future.
The time with the summer camp is truly unforgettable, as I have noted with interest your efforts in keeping the marvelous time in memory through diaries, pictures and comics. They will not only sear an indelible memory on your mind, but also continue to inspire more and more children to join the future camps. I believe the banner of the BlueStar Summer Camp will pass on, just like the corporate culture and value of BlueStar will pass on from generation to generation.
The summer camp this year is ending. I hope all of you will be going home with great legacy from the camp and continue to work hard and stay happy and healthy. Let me wish you a safe journey home. And please remember us to your families and friends and share your joy with them.
