Although it is autumn, Jiangxi has maintained a temperature of 40 degrees, which is the peak time for equipment failure. Therefore, the Xinghuo plant changes its management mode from passive inspection to active maintenance. Mechanical, electrical and other equipment repair and maintenance personnel enhance maintenance to key equipment and large units in the plant, strengthening the inspection and elimination of the inverter, DC panel, power transformers and other important equipment, reinforcing the detection for high and low voltage switches from cabinet-current circuits in the substation to deal with electrical equipment risks in a timely manner. For the frequent thunderstorms, they carry a comprehensive test on the on-site equipment, tanks, other ground wires and lightning protection devices. For equipment in a bad operational state, they take timely measures to inspect and repair it. Silicone by-products in the Xinghuo plant are mostly flammable and have explosive characteristics. To build a "firewall" for flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals, the Xinghuo plant establishes and improves the fire safety management system and strengthens the maintenance and management of the fire facility and equipment. It also reinforces fire safety education for employees, strengthens safety training for employees in key positions, toughens fire extinction and emergency planning and regularly organizes drills to improve incident handling and rescue capabilities.
