In order to further remove the management defects, SYCC, based on the status quo and characteristics of the enterprise, has launched a campaign for the employees' appropriate proposals for "Good Management, Reformation, Safety and High Efficiency" since the beginning of this September. So far, a lot of proposals have been adopted by the company and good results have been achieved.
This campaign, launched by SYCC, is mainly aimed at improving the business management through an overall assessment on the enterprise's procurement, storage, logistics, organization of production, technical support, safety guarantee and Party construction, etc., and a thorough examination of the persistent defects such as incomplete system, weak implementation, poor management and dereliction of duty. The enterprise tries to realize the innovation in management tactics, process control and cost-saving as well as further remove the management defects, fully reduce the production costs and ensure the steady operation of enterprise before relocation.
In a bid to ensure the steady operation of this campaign, SYCC establishes the campaign leading group and result evaluation group, so that the company management is fully involved. At the end of this year, the adopted appropriate proposals will be assessed and rewarded. Also, ample rewards will be given to the proposers whose proposals are helpful for achieving great economical benefits, management results and synthesized benefits.
Up to now, the employees have made over 1000 proposals, among which 247 proposals are sent to the company's campaign evaluation group for appraisal. Also, some proposals have been implemented. If the 18 feasible proposals from the employees at chlorine & alkali factory could be successfully implemented, the economical benefits of 8.8 million yuan will be achieved every year. The "Rebuilding of Acetylene Generator for Slag-off", proposed by Wang Hongjun, the deputy factory managing director of polyvinyl chloride factory, aiming at avoiding loss arising from fluctuation of liquid level due to slag-off manually, could save over 1 million yuan annually. Also, the "Improving of Leather Belt of Latex Vibratory Screen", proposed by the Guo Xiangdong, the polymerization section chief of the above factory, could achieve an income of 100,000 yuan annually. Meanwhile the proposals from the employees at the budget department for avoiding the exclusive purchasing could effectively reduce the procurement cost. The proposals from the employees at accounting department for stock materials & self-supply wells control could further remove the management defects.
