The company sets up the safety & environmental protection department and integrates related work sections to establish the environmentally friendly workshop. Based on effective management and scientific technical progress, the company tries to realize the "Increase of Production but No Increase of Pollution". In the course of cleaner production, the company strictly controls the raw materials, strengthens the equipment maintenance, establishes the good production management system, conducts the employee's on-the-job training and cleaner production education, and saves energy and reduces waste. Also, the chlorine & alkali workshop digs out its latent capacity to bring the processing facility into full play, so that the liquid waste could meet the environmental requirements through adding of micro-acid rather than alkali. Thus, the liquid waste could be recycled as the saline water for re-use. Thanks to this technical innovation, 190,000 tons of brine waste could be decreased annually and the direct economic benefits is 2.6995 million yuan.
In the principle of "Examining, Proposing and Improving Simultaneously", Haohua positively takes measures to firstly carry out the projects of which the investment is not or little demanded, or to solve the problems which are of low technical difficulty and require a short period of time. Also, based on the comprehensive re-construction of sewage recycling at the new sewage pump plant of environmentally friendly workshop, both the industrial waste water and domestic sewage are recycled as the makeup water for the circulating water to improve the utilization ratio of water and reduce consuming of fresh water. Thus, both water-saving and zero discharge are realized. The power house adopts the used pipes and power lines as the discharge pipe lines which are introduced into the 75T boiler sweet-water tank. At the first half of the year, 38880 tons of condensate water was recycled to directly achieve the economic benefits of 186,624 yuan. Meanwhile, in the course of coal supply, the 75 T fluidized bed boiler mixed coal with the clinker combusted from 35T boiler as per the proportion of 5:1 to decrease coal consumption and to reduce pollution while the heat value is guaranteed at the same time. 45 tons of clinker was mixed with coal last summer and 62 tons last winter, cutting off an annual cost of 2.6078 million yuan.Thus, the aim to control the generation of pollutant, reduce the expenses at the final control stage, relieve the pollutant disposal pressure and improve the beneficial results in terms of both environment and economy is successful achieved.
