Leigh Institute recently signed with Guangzhou Zhongtao Luyou Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd (Zhongtao Luyou) an EPC contract worth 756 million yuan. It is a large-scale environmental protection EPC project, and the owner finally chooses Leigh Institute as the EPC contractor after many comparisons.
It is a relocation and expansion project of Zhongtao Luyou to be completed in two years. The project mainly covers medical waste incineration, hazardous waste incineration, industrial wastewater treatment, comprehensive utilization of waste packaging materials, treatment and utilization of waste organic solvents, etc. When the project is completed, there will be a modern environmental protection factory which is environment-friendly, cost-effective, practical, and highly-automated, thus becoming a demonstration project for hazardous waste treatment with domestically the most advanced technology and a benchmark enterprise in the industry. As part of the project, the newly built industrial solid waste disposal center will not only meet the demand of industrial solid waste generated by Nansha's future industries, but also provide comprehensive industrial solid waste disposal services for Guangzhou and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
Successful signing and implementation of the project will play an important role in promoting the development of environmental protection business of Leigh Institute and its market development in South China.
