Recently Guangzhou Institute has received the certificate of accredited laboratory from the international accredited registrar DNV GL, with the certificate No. of GL-LZ 3816 HH. This is the first internationally accredited lab of Guangzhou Institute and China’s second accredited blade lab for wind power equipment, opening the gate into the wind power testing market for Guangzhou Institute.
The accreditation is given to machinery and analysis & testing. The test was conducted on the paint and coating of blades of wind power equipment. A total of 13 testing methods are accredited, all up to ISO international standards
The DNV GL is one of the world’s leading classification societies, a risk management expert in petroleum & gas, renewable energy and electricity, and ranked among the world’s top three management system accredited registrars.
The certification will help Guangzhou Institute land more testing contracts in the wind power equipment blade market and improve the performance of domestic wind power equipment at home and abroad.
