AgroChemEx 2014 was held at Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center from October 29 to 31, 2014, which was attended by China National Agrochemical Corporation (CNAC) along with all its subsidiaries. They had discussion and cooperation with clients from home and abroad over multiple issues including the business environment, agrochemical product supply and demand, and technological cooperation.
This expo covers an exhibition area of 25,000 square meters, with a total of 478 exhibitors from China and beyond registered, including over 30 exhibitors coming from such countries as Germany, Spain and Brazil. Altogether more than 1,000 purchasers from 80-plus countries and regions attended the exhibition that received over 23,000 visits.
CNAC together with its subsidiaries, one of the largest exhibitor group for the expo, sent a delegation of nearly 50 professionals on products and marketing, who contacted nearly 100 customers from different countries and regions, including India, Pakistan and Thailand. Among those customers, there are world-famous companies represented by Syngenta. They conducted in-depth communication and negotiation about the current market, relevant product supply and demand, purchase and technology cooperation, product registration and so forth.
Via the global platform for sourcing crop protection products, CNAC and its subsidiaries have come to gain an all-rounded and in-depth understanding about the recent and future market trends, strengthened their relationships with old customers, and expanded the customer base through communication. Some of the customers even placed orders on the spot, with the biggest order valued at over tens of millions of RMB.
