ChemChina arranged a training session in file management, on Nov. 16, for nearly 1,000 file clerks and project managers from company HQ, specialty companies and subsidiaries.
Most of ChemChina’s subsidiaries need training sessions to improve the file management for projects, notably construction projects, and need to be sure of the implementation of ChemChina’s recently issued methods for major construction project filing systems. Also, ChemChina asked some State Archives Administration personnel, from office in charge of construction project files, to come conduct the special training session, ChemChina’s first such training. It covered everything from individual duties to the overall scope of the project, to the document retention periods.
There were 791 employees taking part in the training, via video, and 206 taking part through a tele-conference, and 34 present in person. Related training materials were sent to the various enterprises beforehand.
